All The Things You Need To Know
Organising a ski trip for a group can get tricky. There are several vital components you need to plan for, so that’s where we come in. We’re here to make sure you have everything covered and for the best possible prices!

Hotels
We’re able to offer great accommodation and winter packages by using our exclusive Clubhotels. During the season, our sister company, SkiBound, also uses the hotels for school groups, so please be advised that schools may also be present in the accommodation.
Prices are based on return flights, overseas resort transfers and 7 nights bed and breakfast with 6 evening meals provided, therefore guests eat out one night during the week. Adult prices are based on a minimum of twin room occupancy, and child prices are based on sharing with 2 adults.
In busier periods, we place groups in rooms with bunk beds. These rooms are comfortable, functional and perfect for a good night’s sleep after hitting the slopes or apres-ski bars! Feel free to chat to us about this set-up before or during your booking request.
Flights
We use a variety of carriers, including charters, low-cost and scheduled flights to get you to our fantastic ski resorts.
APIS – Government Legislation requires you to provide airlines with passenger passport information prior to departure, so please provide this information when you complete your booking form.
Baggage on our charter flights
- Infants under 2 years have no baggage allowance. Baggage allowance is restricted to 20 kg per person.
- Baggage weighing more than the baggage allowance will be subject to a charge at check-in.
- One piece of hand luggage weighing less than 5 kg is permitted with a maximum size of 45cm x 35cm x 20cm.
- Ski/snowboard carriage can be booked at a supplement per ski/board set on our charter flights (ask for details).
Please note these allowances may be subject to change. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, visa and entry permit.
